Repeat Prescriptions

The quickest and easiest way to order your medication is through the NHS APP. You can also  access online medical services from our practice via SystmOnline which includes ordering repeat prescriptions. 

How to Obtain Your Medicines

SystmOnline

This new system not only provides an improved method of ordering your repeat prescriptions on-line, but it also allows you to access a number of other services such as on-line appointment bookings and cancellations.

In order to gain access to SystmOnline, please bring some form of identification (something with your photograph on, such as a passport or a new-style driving licence) into the surgery so that we can issue you with a user name and password.

By Telephone

Please note that you will be asked to leave your prescription request on a voicemail. You will be asked for your name, date of birth, the item(s) you require and the dose.

Please note, however, that you can also order prescriptions through our on-line services. Please see item regarding SystmOnline and NHS App above.

Please allow three working days for the prescription to be ready.

By Post

Please allow at least 3 working days of receipt of your request. Please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope if you would like us to post your prescription to you. Alternatively the chemist will collect your prescription and deliver your medicine for you on request. Please be sure to include a contact telephone number should there be any queries.
